1. Description of Services

The Firm provides financial market research, educational documentation, and trade analysis updates (referred to as "signals" or "tips"). Subscribing to our services grants you access to these publications via specified distribution networks (such as private Telegram channels or WhatsApp broadcasts) for the subscription period.

2. Billing & Subscription Policy

All subscriptions (Basic, Premium, Elite VIP) are billed on a recurring monthly basis in advance.

• **Non-Refundability:** Due to the real-time nature of proprietary advisory signals, all payments are final and non-refundable once channel invites have been dispatched.
• **Cancellation:** You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time. To prevent future renewals, please contact support at least 48 hours prior to your monthly billing cycle.

3. Intellectual Property Protection

All alerts, signals, chart structures, educational files, and research summaries issued by the Firm represent proprietary intellectual property.

Subscribers are strictly forbidden from forward-sharing, copy-pasting, screenshotting, or reselling our signal streams to non-subscribers or public forums. Unauthorized distribution will lead to immediate channel termination, suspension of account, and appropriate legal action without a refund.

4. Subscriber Declarations

By subscribing, you verify that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You possess the legal right and active accounts to trade financial products.
• You understand that all trading carries significant risk and that you are solely responsible for executing trades.

5. Service Modifications

The Firm reserves the right to adjust signal delivery channels, frequency of recommendations, and subscription pricing. Any price increases will be communicated to current subscribers at least 14 days before their next billing date.
